• Cancellation Policy: Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions outlined at the time of booking. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to All Inclusive Destination Vibes via email or through our customer service channels.

• Refunds: All Inclusive Destination Vibes does not offer refunds for cancellations made after a booking is confirmed. This includes any deposits or payments made towards the booking. Once payment is received, it is non-refundable.

• Exceptions: In certain circumstances, such as force majeure events or extenuating circumstances, All Inclusive Destination Vibes may, at its discretion, offer credits or vouchers for future travel arrangements. Any such exceptions will be determined on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval by All Inclusive Destination Vibes management.

• Travel Insurance: We highly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected events, including trip cancellations, delays, or interruptions. Travel insurance may provide coverage for eligible expenses in the event of cancellations or changes to travel plans.

• Unused Services: No refunds will be provided for any unused services or amenities included in a travel package or booking, regardless of the reason for non-use.
